Poor service and lack of adequate stock. I have never had great service at this location. They never keep enough supplies of anything in stock, even electronics. I went to buy a particular laptop and they had one left.(By the way, they do not even have displays of laptops so you know what you want to buy.) They had to get the key to unlock the case but they couldn't even get it open. Bad for them because they lost a customer that day-me. At least I won't be buying electronics from them. I had to go to a different location to get my laptop and it was much better, but I will review them later. My score, on kind and courteous service-2 stars. Convienience and customer service 1 star.

I DO NOT recommend this store for buying electronics.

Walmart on Samuel Blvd. Dallas Texas. Called Walmart on Samuel Blvd twice to ask to be transfered to a certain department. Both times I was put on hold for several minutes. I hung up and called again and explained all I wanted to do was ask a question about availability of a product. The lady on the phone said, "We are short handed." You will just have to wait on the phone until someone can get to it. Now isn't that rude! Isn't this becoming a standard with Walmart stories in general? I mean when you go shopping on the busiest days. It's like annoying trying to check out because there are like 6 people at registers.
