Do NOT Deal with this Company - SCAM

by backonfeet7

This company is a complete SCAM. Bank of America denies ever hiring them to collect my debt. They are like a parasite feeding off of America's down economy and the hard working people of this country.

Do NOT deal with these people. They are all over RipOffReport and a being blasted across the internet. They also have ties with the mob and two other companies that have gone bankrupt (see older posts).

Do not deal with these CRIMINALS! And they will be going out of business real soon :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :

Never had any problems

by AWalk040507

I have never had a problem with this company. They have held our mortgage for about two years now. We had fell behind on our payments because my husband was laid off. I called to make payment arrangements with them because I was unable to make the full payment at the time. As long as you talk to them, they work with you. And as far as being a debt collector... the agents are far nicer than any other company I have had dealings with.

  • Pros: Everyone I have talked to is friendly and helpful

Here is the TRUTH behind Real Time Resolutions

by nico98

I started to get letters from Real Time Resolutions when my home went into foreclosure last year. For the people who want to tell me too pay my BILLS and stop complaining - it is my FAULT, this is for you. When I first obtained a loan thru a Mortgage Broker ( company has since lost their license to practice due to illegal issues ) I was told that I would have ONE mortgage with an interest rate of 7%. The day of closing, the Mortgage Broker does not show up and I was told that my NEW mortgage terms were a 80/20 split with ONE mortgage at 9.7% adjustable rate within 2yrs and SECOND mortgage at 13% adjustable rate within 2yrs. Also a Balloon payment after 30 yrs. Meaning I pay my house off after 30yrs and the Balloon payment due at the end is $175,000 - same amount I originally financed. Then there was also a PRE PAYMENT penalty which prevented me from refinancing. Believe me I tried to refinace but Option One the mortgage company for BOTH the first and second mortgage would not budge on the $3000 pre pay penalty. Anyways, here is the real scoop on Real Time Resolutions for those that are being hounded by this company. RTL is a company known as "scavanger debt dealers" or "Junk debt dealers". Search Google to read the definition. The owner of RTL is Eric Green a 49 yr old man who in the past was also the President of 2 other Mortgage/Banking firms. You will find this under the website ezforex. He donates hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to Republican campaigns under the name of Real Time Resolutions. You pay RTL and this is where the money goes. Don't believe me, Google his name Eric Green Real Time Resolutions. Lets talk about the first company in which he was President, FirstPlus Financial. This company was cited by the FBI because of ties to the MOB. Also, cited for illegal practices from the FTC and finally went into bankruptcy. The second company in which he was President, Western Interstate Bancorp. This company filed bankruptcy and had a merger - uh ? Real Time Resolutions ? Sounds like it. Good people make mistakes, but this guy is making too many at the expense of others. If you want to pay this company - go ahead, BUT realize where you are sending the money. Also check out the statue of limitations in YOUR state and compare to the age of debt Real Time Resolutions is trying to collect. If the statue of limitations has passed, you are not obligated. I am not paying this company. A Junk Debt Dealer buys old debts for pennies on the dollar and collects the original amount plus late fees and penalties, this is how THEIR money is made. I choose to make my money the right way, going to work everyday. I forgot, Real Time Resolutions has a side business, they are into computer repair and design. Check it out on Google. I smell a Class Action Lawsuite

  • Pros: Managed to stay in business this long
