In Short – Night owls appreciate One's late start. The scene gets revved up around midnight, when club kids, party girls and buff guys start feeling the rhythm--and the alcohol--on the dance floor at this high-ceilinged, one-room cave. A dance platform with pole is the place to be for the rowdy crowd. The lounging booths in the unisex bathrooms are a great place to perch and watch the eye candy. Escape upstairs to overlook the floor.

The website for Club One is SOOOO misleading. As one of my friends said "it looked like a bunch of white people having fun on the website, but when we got there, it was a bunch of black dudes, and none of them were having fun..."
That pretty much sums it up. Not my sorta place. Gangsta rap and real gangstas fighting in the parking lot.
Do take note... Club One's website hasn't been updated since 2005... and a lot has obviously changed in those two years. I don't recommend it at all, unless that's your sorta place.
- Pros: Free parking, and if you want to get shot, this is the place to be at 2am
- Cons: everything else

When I left Dallas in 02 it was soooo much fun! I am back and even though club one is still open it isn't the same without him!!!
- Pros: nice lady manager and cool club
- Cons: no DJ RB :-(

The cushy VIP lounge is a secluded nook upstairs and off the main dance floor.
Know Before You Go:
One is a great place to see hot gay men without their shirts. If you're more into a straight crowd, check out sister venue, Club Seven.
