Best Italian Food in the South!!!!!!!. If you love that homeade italian food this will be your best choice the pizza is amazing with its pasta on the same level. Customer service made me feel at home as well as the cleanliness of the resturant. Best Italian Food in DFW and none of that frozen stuff its always fresh!!!…
Not too impressed.
My family and I went here for the first time after reading the reviews. I was not that impressed upon entering the place because the decor was outdated and the dining room was very dirty. The carpet
really need a good vaccumming and the glass tables were a mess. We asked for a table to be recleaned and they did, which I do have to say the server we had was very pleasant. We ordered pizza, cheese ravioli's and a salad. The salad came out first and even before the girl put it down I noticed the entire plate was filled with brown lettuce. I asked her about it and she looked surprised as if she hadn't noticed that it looked awful. She then proceeded to tell me it would take them time to cut fresh lettuce and asked if I wanted to wait.... ahh ya! So after about another 5 mins a fresh salad was brought to me.
Next came the pizza and raviloi's. The pizza was very good, fresh toppings and was HUGE! However, as I proceeded to cut up the ravioli's for my kids, I saw the color of the cheese filling inside was brown. I looked into another one and the same color was there. I took a taste of the filling and oh my god, I still have no clue what was in these. They were awful! I called the server back over and had her look at them, she then told me they must have made meat ravioli's instead of cheese, but I tell you there's no way that was meat. It was cheese, but I have a feeling it had gone bad. So we had to get another thing for my kid to eat.
Over all, the only good thing going for them isthat their pizza is decent. As for the rest of the experience I doubt we will return. Hope this helps someone else make the right decision whether to try this place out or not!…
We go here a lot, really like it. Family-run restaurant, nice folks. The pizza is really excellent, and a great value.

Bad tasting pizza with a surpise visit to the emergency room -LOTS-O-DIARRHEA!.
The pizza lacks taste. I have tried it 3 different times and have found their food to be awful. We actually got sick (salmon ella or the like) the very last time we had their food. I called the
health dept and they said they had to have several complaints to do anything. They had only 2 others concerning the same time frame. Be very wary if you don't want to get sick. I do remember looking back in the kitchen and thinking it wasn't the cleanest of places. I guess hind-sight is 20/20.
As so far as customer service...it was on the fair side. I wasn't impressed. I felt as though I was doing the older guy a favor by buying his pizza. Maybe in the future they will fix these problems.…
