Don't do it, you will regret it sooner or later. Don't do it! It looks nice from the outside by the units are poorly maintain. We have been there for almost 4 years for necessity because we cannot afford anything better. We have told them to replace the carpet every time we renew the contract and they never do it. The carpet was there old a beat up when we move 4 years ago and still there. There is a filtration on the ceiling that I have told them about, they came and painted over without repairing the problem. Also I had a problem with the dishwasher almost since we moved and a pipe on it finally broke and flooded the apartment and I had to sleep with the carpet wet the whole weekend now the carpet smells bad and they are only going to dry ?So they say? and not replaced it. There are always fights and the police are there regularly. The worse of the worse is the management they are not rude but they indirectly treat you like a second class citizen?

dangerous neighborhood. the dirtiest, loudest, violent, and trashiest neighborhood ever. The management here is horrible beyond imagination. My ac hasn't been working since last year of 2007. I should take legal actions because I have athsma and I shouldn't be paying rent if they can't fix the ac. I have people knocking loudly on my windows and running off before I can get to them. I keep waking up to loud music at 3am. Some1 storms in and out of the complex with his motorcycle and the mgt will not say a thing to him despite my complaints. My car has been keyed many times, heck- even my dirty door mat was stolen. If you have children and you care for their safety- stay away from this place. Things are so out of control the cops come here many times during the day to make sure things are ok. When I spoke to one of the cops personally to complain about someone, even he said that some people here are out of his control because either he doesn't know who these trouble makers are or they're too dangerous for him to mess with. I can't wait til my lease is over. In fact, considering how the management is so lousy, they should be the one to break my lease and not charge me an early termination fee. If they can't get their act together and take care of these apartments, then they have no right to take people's money who want to leave for their own safety. Had I known about this problem I would have never moved here. My kitchen cabients are broken, there is very little pressure on my sinks, ac won't work, neighbours have no respect for one another they're loud always fighting, and there were even gun shots right in front of my house. If the management took just a little responsibility then this should be taken care of. But as long as they get their monthly rent, all these problems go unnoticed. It sickens me to think that I can't afford to move out without paying an early termination fee, yet they have the nerve to sit on their lazy behinds and not do anything about it.
