Naan Sushi is unbelievable.. What an absolutely fantastic culinary delight - in a town that is landlocked, it was refreshing to have incredibly fresh nigiri and unbelievably tasty rolls, Super tataki, SMU roll, Ahi tuna tower.

The food here is SPECTACULAR.

Service is not best but my server well attentive for our dinner.

I will go back to Naan Sushi soon.

"I don't care Mr. Customer.". 1. Service was very poor. The server did not bring fork and we waited. Then he did not bring the serving spoon and we waited? We would look around if someone could help us? The waiter showed by after 15-20 minutes??

2. I was overcharged for a dish I did not have? I called the restaurant manager and he asked me for copy of bank statement, receipt and my ID card to consider a refund??

3. In addition, the manager asked me to drive all the way to this location at shops at Legacy for $27??? He told me it is his company policy, which I am not challenging.

4. The manager instead of being apologetic started telling me "People do this as economic times are hard." What would you anyone say to a comment like that??

b) Then the manager started raving about he brought this restaurant from $300,000 to $1 M.

I am pleased to know that but how does it address my concern??

5. I called the restaurant owner. He came on the line and sounded impolite and did not want to talk and made an excuse that he was in a meeting. After insisting, he just gave me an email to write and thats it. No Apology.

I have never had such an experience as to how I was treated.

At this point, I don't even care about the refund and choose not to communicate further however wanted to make sure reasonably share my experience with all.

I like half price sushi and drinks happy hour at NAAN SUSHI.. Half price of sushi & Drinks during happy hour is best.

The sushi here was impeccable. I mean, super fresh and tasty. Obviously, you have to go in knowing what you'll be spending, but it's worth it.

Walk into the restaurant and you'll be greeted with clean lines, wood decor, and clean wait staff. I know the decor might not be anything special, but I appreciate the simplicity and quality of it.

The sushi chefs clearly know what they're doing as do the waiters.

We even had a brand-new waiter, who was shadowing a veteran. He could barely speak English, straight from Japan. I got a combination sashimi set and we ordered a few more rolls, including some roe and tuna. You'll walk in here and have a great meal regardless.

highly recommend Naan Sushi...... LOVE Naan sushi..

This place has the best sushi I've ever had. I had lunch at the sushi bar with cowork. unblievable unblievable...

I had a taste of nearly ever fish he had. My two favorites were uni (which I had for the first time there and it was so AMAZING, I had to have seconds) and the freshwater eel. Both are so gooddd.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants the best sushi outside of Japan.

Service is excellent, the restaurant is beautiful and the prices are great for the quality of food you get.

Half price sushi and half price drink before 7:00pm. Excellent happy hour here.

Bad Bar Service.. I was there last year with some family and friend and we enjoyed the food and service. then i went back recently a few months ago for drinks and got really bad service at the bar. then again this happened this week. what happened? is the new bar policy to ignore people, then not give them change, and treat them like they are bothering the bar staff? the new staff is not what the last year's staff was. get the old staff back!

BEST YES! NAAN SUSHI.OH YES.... NAAN Sushi has the freshest sushi in DFW.

This place is amazing! Everytime I dine here, I have a better experience. NAAN Sushi is best sushi restaurant and my favorite place.

We sipped on Ginger, vodka infused martinis and ordered the Chef Choice and premium sushi roll (SMU,LSU) tasting menu. a little bit pricy but worthy of it

They are incredible FRESH sushi and very tasty, server told us ordered tuna Hawaii next day Fedex delivery! WOW, my dream come true for great sushi with great friends. Good time here always.

Love this place! Can't wait to go back!

A little bit waited for dinner but it's worth it.NAAN BEST!. The sushi/sashimi here NAAN Sushi is impeccable i mean super fresh and tasty. food is excellent. I can't wait to go back.it's like my eyes were opened sushi.

Last friday dinner was really crazy busy here. a little bit waited for dinner,however, it 's worth it.

Truly the best fresh sashmi/sushi place. They got reallly good fish.

Worst customer service in Dallas. This restaurant has never really blown me away but was unfortunately one of the only places open after 12am ...which was the primary reason for my visit last night. Not only were we ignored for a good 40 minutes (as other tables were serviced right next to us) my friend and I were treated as if we were bothering the waitress by finally asking her to take our order. The night progressivly got worse when the waitress, after ignoring us the entire evening, decided to finally grace us with her presence only after over hearing that we had asked to speak to a manager. She approached the table visibily irritated and asked us why we needed to speak to the manager. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and was so ridiculous that we actually started to find humor in the audacity of this particular waitress. Naan used to be considered an upscale establishment but has clearly gone downhill and their standards in customer care significantly diminished. It's one thing to be busy and overwhelmed, but to add blatant rudeness to the mix is truly unbelievable. And of course the manger never approached the table to address our concerns. Owners should consider doing some quality assurance with their existing staff and management before any more customers are mistreated. As an editor of a popular magazine, I've hosted many business lunches and dinners over the years, however, I will not be returning or recommending this business to others as I've kindly done in the past.

wow. what a sushi dininng experience!. wow. what a sushi dining experience! tasted flavors and textures that i did not know about until NAAN Sushi .

variations of yellowtail, salmon, uni and eel that I will likely not find in many other sushi spots. oh and the fantastic toro.

the sushi rice was well seasoned and slightly warm. soo deliciously perfect.

don't forget to order a roll. SMU ROLL was crisp and tasty. had a toro hand roll and it was... wow!

we sat at the sushi bar. go with what the sushi chef recommends and you will not go wrong. yes it's pricey this way, but imo worth it for an introduction to the world of really stellar sushi. now I know!

sometimes here service problems because too many customers weekend, better to go weekday.
