Never Ever Ever use the Geek Squad here......ever

I cannot stress this enough.......steer clear of the geek squad. I brought my computer in for virus removal which they said would take 3 days and they would call me when they were done. About 2 weeks later I had not been called so I visited the store to check on it. They said they needed the system discs to finish the job. Meanwhile I got an email from them asking if I was satisfied with the work on my computer when they were still working on it. I logged on to their website to track the progress and it said that my computer was finished and I had picked it up a week earlier. This was a total lie as they were still working on it at the time. When they finally did finish I got my computer back and guess what?? Two weeks later I got the same virus on my computer again. This happened with the antivirus software that THEY installed. All this for over $200. This is a pitiful excuse for a company. I curse the day I ever decided to trust them with my computer. Do not make the same mistake I did.
