Horrible Customer Service, Stay Away. So I rented chairs for my wedding. About 10 of the chairs were broken and my guests had to search for extra chairs in the lobby. How embarrising, at my wedding!!

Anyways I called TLC and asked if maybe I could be refunded for 5-10 chairs as a courtesy for my guests inconveneience. To make a long story short, I ended up dealing with different people over and over, getting nowhere. Finally they called me a liar and said the chairs were fine, which they were not. The last lady I emailed with, since they refused to call me to discuss the issue, told me the owner would be handeling the issue from here on out. I never heard from them again. Beware of bad product, service, and your experience in general. I wouldn't take the chance for a wedding, or any other event for that matter.

The Place to Rent From. I used TLC for my wedding and they were extremely helpful. I had heard about a chair problem before, but if you ask them for clean, elegant chairs, they deliver! They have a wide variety of linen choices and great customer service! Their personal attention cannot be beat!‎

Something else I learned is that if you need a more specific delivery time but can't afford the exact time delivery, you can call them day off and they can tell you where you are on their routing!
