A knowledgeable and efficient attorney, Sherin helped my wife and I through the paperwork nightmares of applying for permanent residence status. She and her staff collected all information needed and prepared the necessary paperwork, as well as walking us through all required steps for my wife and myself. Throughout the whole process, Sherin made herself available to answer any questions by a number of means, including email, phone, Skype, and face-to-face meetings, always returning emails promptly regardless of time or day. Our USCIS interview lasted all of 10 minutes; thanks to the preparations we were given by Ms. Thawer, with the interviewer commenting that our file was one of the more thoroughly prepared documentation. Simply put: impeccable operation. I sought Ms. Thawer’s services for an extremely time-sensitive I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Throughout the application she demonstrated impressive familiarity and expertise with the process. She was always readily available with prompt, clear insight. The application, which was estimated to take at least 6-8 months per the USCIS website, was accepted within 2 months. In comparing experiences with friends, this type of turnaround is virtually unheard of. Needless to say, I highly recommended Sherin Thawer & her associates!!

We met Sherin in regards to changing employers on EAD & AC-21 filing. The meeting was on a weekend - so it was a non-rush day. However, the first thing she did was (even before doing anything else) to take the money. Completely apathetic, indifferent, there was no effort from her side to make us feel at ease. she was just "yessing" or making a sorry face (with a smile) and did not offer us any resolution of any kind - 1-on-1 meeting with her confirmed my opinion of her - she did not take time to understand our situation or ask some questions (forget relevant/non relevant ... haa)

Anyone reading it - these are my opinions and won't force it on neone ... just take the above with a grain of salt .. after all - why should we be the only ones to suffer :) (just kidding)..
