WARNING!!!. WARNING!!!! Be very cautious shopping or dining in Knox Village. They have a TOWING SCAM going in the area. A spotter sits in his car in the area and watches for naive shoppers who park in parking areas that are not clearly marked. They tow a number of vehicles down about 2 or 3 blocks and then take them all to City Vehicle Storage. I parked across from Chuy's restaurant and shopped in the area, but did not go inside Chuy's . The sign said "Do Not Park Here and go in Chuy's or you will be TOWED." It cost me $350 to get my vehicle on Thanksgiving weekend. The worst part was dealing with the disgusting, very large, chain smoking, truck driver looking woman at the tow yard.…
Fun bar all around. I think it used to be a little more popular than it is now but that is fine with me. It means that it isn't always packed. Fun patio to sit outside and watch a game and it gets crowded at night. KSP is a fun place.…
This is the place.
I've lived in a lot of cities and have visited a lot of bars. If you want a place where you can simply relax, drink, and listen to a good DJ, this is the place. The crowd is a good mix with hip hop
music at it's best. They keep the "ghetto" out though at the door. The food is not half bad either.
They also cater to March Madness, Superbowl, and other sporting events. I'm now a regular! The only drawback is the bathrooms are small and crowded.…
Worst attitude of any manager I've ever seen.
Update - I was contacted by the owners of the bar directly. They were incredibly helpful and fully resolved the situation. They proved me wrong about Knox Street having no interest in retaining
customers. Knox Street is a great place to go if you are looking for strong drinks, a place to dance and a good crowd - just pay in cash if you have a common last name!!

I have never seen a worse attitude from a manager of an establishment. I have been a regular customer of Knox Street Pub for years. I have spent many enjoyable nights there, and up until last night would have called it one of my favorite bars in Dallas. However, I will now never go back. Last night my credit card was incorrectly overcharged by $50 (I got an itemized receipt that contained several items I did not order). When I spoke to the manager he was incredibly rude to me, refusing to do anything about the situation even after admitting that there was another person there by the same last name with a tab open. It seems to me that it should have been clear that this was a simple mix up; since no bartender had ever asked me my first name when I ordered drinks I assume the other person's first name wasn't asked either and their drinks were put on my tab in error. However, instead of trying to work with me in sorting out the situation, the manager refused to display any hint of decency - telling me arrogantly that "they don't stay in business by ripping people off" and even at one point threatening to call the police for theft of service. To top it all off, after I refused to sign my credit card slip and authorize the transaction, I called my credit card company to find that Knox Street had not only proceeded with the charge, but had added an EXTRA $20 in tip for themselves. Knox Street obviously has no interest in retaining customers and I will definitely be discouraging everyone I know from going there in the future. From now on I will be spending my time at bars that have bartenders who know how to do their jobs, and managers that aren't rude to customers.…
I loove this place!!!!!!. It starts at the door. The door guy is always friendly. I love the fact the bar pours to my liking. I went the other day and they had $4 "you call its". The manager was super nice to refund my money when the Golden Tee crapped out. Not sure why emilytri thinks she is going to get beat up......maybe she should try the irish nachos!…
