Excellent workmanship, horrible customer service. Bella Vista landscaping does tremendous work with a great eye for detail. The praise ends there. They are not detailed when they write estimates which leads to leaving out work that needs to be done. Communication is very poor - I rarely received return phone calls when I had questions. I also compared prices for similar work done in my neighborhood and they are much higher. They charged us $45 a foot for a SIX foot fence with decorative trim whereas most of our neighbors were only charged $32 - $36 for an EIGHT foot fence with decorative trim.
