Houstons not so good dog food joint. My name is Michael Tyrone. My family and i went to eat at America's Latin Cuisine and Tapas. i must say, that they have the greatest selection of dog food I've ever head. The service reminded me, of the time i went to a pub, it was very messy and very slow. This place is not recommended to you by Michael Tyrone.

Great food and the best Mojito's in town. They have live jazz and 1/2 priced pitchers of the best sangria and mojito's in Dallas on Tuesdays. The food's fantastic. The place has great ambiance and a very nice patio available. Be prepared for quite a wait the closer u get to 7-8 o'clock hour... It tends to get very packed. Prices can get a tad high with pitchers of sangria an mojito's running $32 a peice but they become reasonable on 1/2 Tuesdays. Really one of the most enjoyable places to grab a light bite to eat and truly the best mojito's and sangria I've found in the dfw area

Live salsa music and tasty small plates draw a fashionable crowd to this upscale Uptown spot.. The Scene
Decked out with mustard-yellow tablecloths and exposed brick and burnt-orange walls, this festive room is warm and welcoming, with spacious booths, romantic lighting and a sexy, upbeat soundtrack of Latin tunes. The crowd is a well-to-do, 30-something mix--lots of couples on dates and gals having a night out--and everyone seems to be tossing back a pitcher of fruity red sangria. Outside, a comfortable patio beckons with tiki torches, palm trees and a prime view of the McKinney Avenue scene.

The Food
Fans of Latin American fare will find plenty to enjoy on this tapas menu, like hot, flaky empanadas filled with ground beef, zingy shrimp seviche, ropa vieja and gooey queso fundido with chorizo and corn tortillas. Chunky, fresh guacamole makes for a tasty starter; other favorites include stellar pipian (tender shredded pork with kicky green mole sauce) and a sinfully moist pastel de tres leches (cake made with three different milks).
