Jinbeh is pretty solid for a Hibachi and Sushi restaurant. It's a great atmosphere for groups and special occasions. The food is prepared in front of you, it's fun to watch, and the chefs are entertaining. The food has always been good and they are pretty good about any special requests that you might make.

Manager busy drinking behind the bar and hanging with friend. I think it was the owners daughter who was the manager. She was busy drinking and being loud with friends at the bar. Very diractful and disrepectful. Never going back to the place. You expect more from this kind of restaurant.

Run by children. We went in on Sunday night for dinner. The place was almost empty. We were seated at a table where the other diners had already finished their soup and were half way through their salad. If we had stayed either we would have been rushed or everyone else would have had to wait for us to catch up. Either choice was bad so we left. We have been to this restaurant before and found it fair but the staff ruins the experience almost every time.

You call this a sushi bar?. What a disappointment! I would rather go by Market Street and /or Tom Thumb to pick up sushi before going here again! I was hoping we had a new/ good sushi bar close to us, but believe me it is still worth driving out further for good sushi...in short: the beer was warm, rolls looked like an amatuer rolled them as they came apart before even trying to pick up...very bad presentation, and even worse attitude from the chef & manager...

Great experience! A must do!. The food was great! Has its own taste character; doesn't taste like any of its competitors. Talented and entertaining chef. A great place to try hibachi. They have daily lunch specials too!
