Horrible service

Our waiter (Thomas) was rude, not just to our table but the table behind us. We had an hour and half for lunch and it took too long that our food was delivered to us in to go boxes because we would have to eat and run. The table behind us stated that their service was horrible. Refills and checkout took forever. Our waiter acted like he was a prima dona. What a jerk.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Founder's in walking distance from my job in Downtown Dallas. I've been there 3 times for lunch and each time I have had a bad experience. I only retuned because it is the closest place to walk and because the food was decent. I went today for the last time with 2 co-workers and the place was packed for lunch as usual. We were seated and quickly selected our menu iteam so we could eat and run. We gave the 1 out of 3 waiter our order and 50 minutes later it came out. Mind you we only ordered 2 quesadillas and a philly cheese steak. The quesadillas are appitizers.
Worst of all the owner, sat at a table with friends eating a hamburger while customers sat and waited for drinks and food. He was sitting right next to us as we waited 50 minutes for our food. Unbelievable! That was my very last time going to Founder's Grill.
