So far my experience has been horrible. My mulch was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. It is now Tuesday and I am still waiting. Excuses are different everyday. They do not return phone calls or emails. Nobody seems to know what is going on. It is currently past the time in which they were supposed to deliver today. I tried to save money by ordering in bulk but aggrevation is not worth it. I wondering what the excuse will be this time. I will certainly cancel order if it does not arrive shortly. Patience is wearing thin.

C&M Landscape Contractors is the same owners as Mulch Express USA. I would not recommend this dishonest company to anyone. What a terrible experience! When we first ordered mulch from this company their representative measured our property by walking around without a measuring tool, explaining he needed to calculate the amount. After delivering three truckloads, their individual truck calculation was 10 yards per truck more than the actual truck was able to hold. (I found out this information after I needed to have the Mulch Express mulch removed because of a fungus that occured from the mulch.) Soon after the delievery, we began to notice black soot on our house and cars which we had never seen before. I then called Mulch Express who told me we must be in a new landing pattern for an airport. I thought this sounded strange because we lived in our home for several years. When the black soot was somewhat overwhelming, I called another mulch company who told me the problem was a mulch fungus. At this time we decided to have a good portion of the mulch removed near our house to see if this was the problem. After the first truck arrived with the mulch from the new company, (the truck was the same size as Mulch Express) I asked the driver how much mulch the truck held, and his calculation was 10 yards less than Mulch Express. I then called the company who builds the truck to be sure 10 extra yards couldn't be added. Apparently, we were very mislead by Mulch Express. We were overcharged by 30 yards. In addition, after replacing the mulch with new mulch, we no longer had the black soot blowing on our house or cars. Therefore, we would never recommend this company to anyone. I hope everyone who thinks about ordering mulch from this dishonest company reads my review.
