Exceptional Quality Food, Ambience and Service at an affordable price. Zoom has the freshest food with the most complex flavors at very reasonable prices and the portions are generous. The service is exceptional and unobtrusive, the decor vibrant and interesting and the atmosphere serene and relaxing. The charming proprietress greets customers enthusiastically and makes recommendations from an extensive but easy to decipher menu. The wine list is small but appears to have been carefully chosen. Actually, everything about this restaurant shows that the owner devotes a great amount of attention to the smallest detail and that makes every visit a pleasure. We've eaten at Zoom at least once a month for the last few years and have never had a bad meal. As a matter of fact, there are several dishes we crave on a regular basis which keep us returning again and again. The soups are especially flavorful....if it weren't for the Beef Pho at Zoom, I might be able to be a vegetarian. The Pad Thai and the fresh Spring Rolls are the best we've ever had. (try them with the homemade vinegar instead of the peanut sauce for a refreshing change of taste)They also do take-out service exceptionally well. The only negative is that once you eat at Zoom, it makes the food at other establishments taste ordinary and dull!

Nice environment. Zoom is by far the best Thai food in Dallas. I could honestly eat at Zoom everyday and not get sick if it. For what you are getting at Zoom, the prices are really great. This is my favorite place to eat in all of Dallas

This solid and consistent Vietnamese-Thai eatery doles out innovative dishes along with traditional fare in a vibrant, relaxed setting.. In Short
Zoom zooms in on all five senses: parrot-colored tables and walls catch the eye. So do thick columns decoupaged with colorful scenes of Vietnamese life. Spices spike the air, and the texture and taste of sweet-and-sour shrimp, silky noodles and crunchy green papaya delight the palate. The sour shrimp soup folds in pineapple and tomato for a dynamite combination. Banana soup with tapioca is one of the more unique and delicious desserts in North Dallas.

"Uptown" cool in N. Dallas!!. Beautiful decor and friendly service are the fringe benefits to Zoom's fabulous food. Panag Beef, peanut sauce duck, & chicken lahrb salad are all the best. Soups are great too. The owners make their way to every table when possible. I live close and go at least 3-5 times a month with my family or on "date night". Don't miss this super cool restaurant!

Not good at all!. My friends and I went there to celebrate my birthday. We didn't have to wait as there was plenty of tables available. I ordered a dish with beef and oyster sauce. One of my friends ordered a beef suki yaki dish. Both of our dishes was pretty much bland. If you are expecting a Vietnamese/Thai tasting dish, this is not the place to go. The wine that we ordered tasted pretty good except that it came in a twist off cap. Easy to use but not very fancy. The shrimp chips was about the only thing that this place is good for. I do not recommend it at all. There are plenty of Asian restuarants in the Dallas area, just don't waste your money on this place.

Che Chuoi. I like this restaurant because of their food, espeacially, Che chuoi desert, is made of banana, the outside is crispy. I will go to there again on tomorrow, it's good though.

Go for a Duck!. As many times as I went to "Zoom" I always ordered their duck dishes. Got so many friends hooked on it a well. It is very tender and crisp outside, with very little fat. Stuff is young and very friendly. Background music is a lounge style and brings upscale feel. In fact I 'll go there today ,so should you
