Guarantee? LOL thats a joke. I paid extra for the "custom" clean becuase I wanted my oven and refrigerator cleaned. They said this was not a problem. I left detailed instructions for the ladies of what else I wanted done. I came back 30 minutes later after droppind my daughter off at school and the instructions were in the trash. My oven was not touched. At all. My refridgerator was not touched. There were dirty clothes left on floor NEXT TO the dirty clothes hamper! Supposedly they have a 24 hour guarantee, but she never got back to me after I called her several times. They are very unprofessional. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! Buckets and Bows do a good job

Loved them..... They cleaned my house once when my regular maid was gone?.I saw the difference and had to go with Dial A Maid they were very good and friendly.

A 'NO SHOW'. Actually, I would consider them a "no star" rating.

I had appointment and they never showed up. I called and they were to check on the cleaners and then call me back. Guess what, I had to call them back and they were to get someone else to clean for me, with no explanation of what happened that morning. Again, their rep never called me back for another appt.

I WOULD NEVER, EVER RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

Very detailed service!. My sister refered me to Dial-a-Maid and I used them for a one time clean on my house. The ladies were very friendly, and they spoke english so that helped me a lot since I do not know spanish. I will be using them again.

Detailed job!. We had a detailed clean by this company any they were really good! I've used many maid services and I'm never happy with the work, but they did an excellent job! I will use them in the future.

Unprofessional, charged me for work before it was ever done and when it wasn't done.. I have been using Dial A Maid to clean my apartment. Our agreement was to come every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. I asked how they would charge my Check Card and I was told that they would charge my account after the cleaning was done. I was scheduled for a cleaning on Friday, January 4, 08. I called and left a voice message on Thursday, January 3, at 1:48pm to cancel my cleaning, asking to please not charge my account because I could not afford it that week and that it would cause problems with my account. Monday, January 7, I checked my checking account online and there was a charge from DAM which caused my account to go into overdraft and charged 2 NSF charges for two items presented. When I finally talked with Krisit about the situation, she was very abusive, yelling and using fowl language. She claimed that she had cancelled the charge and had the confirmation number. After several more minutes of abusive talk and excuses and after she called me a Cheap B*$@h, she said that she would pay the bank charges but that I needed to provide proof from the bank and fax it to her, which I did. Now DAM is refusing to pay for the bank charges as they had earlier agreed to pay. They claim that they reversed the original charge and that is all that they are going to do. I am now going to have to take them to Small Claims Court to get the money I was charged for their mistake back. This company practices deceptive and poor business: first telling you that they do not charge your account until the job is done when they in fact charge the account the morning of the service before the work is done; I gave close to 24 hour cancelation notice and they still charged my account and then would not take responsibility for their mistake; they are abusive and unprofessional when communicating with their clients; have several different addresses when looking them up; and make claims of procedures that are not stated on their website or verbally stated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Wonderful service....will use them on a regular basis!. Had no complaints with the service, ladies were friendly and even spoke good English. I do plan to use them on a regular basis. I'm really happy with Dial - A - Maid!

Good cleaning job, but steal your things!. Some of my cleaning supplies were taken from the house, along with a expensive curtain rod and a Neiman Marcus christmas hand towel. When Kristi did answer my call, she called the cleaning ladies and called me back to let me know they denied taking anything. She was to call me back and let me know how she would handle it and never called back. They are thieves in my opinion. Do not use them!
