The bar for social rejects

I went to this bar thinking I would have a great time and mingle with classy people, boy was I wrong. This bar is not an example of how the Uptown social scene is. Its like a bunch of social rejects all packed in one spot, just awful. There are plenty of nice bars in Uptown that have people with class, however this bar isn't it and it shoudn't even carry the Uptown name because there isn't anything UPTOWN about it. Also the cheese fries are OK nothing that would make me want to come back for.
- Pros: Nothing you couldn't get anywhere else
- Cons: The bar itself

Fantastic Patio and burgers!

I passed on jakes burgers the other day and drove to Uptown Bar & grill to give them a try. I loved loved the hamburger! BIG payyt, great buns and the gal below was right, the cheese fries are scary! They have a great patio that is a people watching place and a fantastic waitress was on staff that day. I have not experienced Kareoke, but can tell you that the hamburgers, service and patio are great!
- Pros: service, burgers and patio
- Cons: parking, but there is some in back
