Happy hour at UPTOWN BAR MAKES me HAPPY!. I like a cocktail after work and this uptown neighborhood bar is perfect! I can sit with my girlfriends and for $3.75 get a drink I can afford in a not so bar like atmosphere. It reminds me of a Dallas Cheers. The Wait staff is really friendly and there are many of them so we got great service with a smile. Like I said, Happy hour at the Uptown Bar and Grill makes ME happy! Come on by and say hi. I'll be there with my girl friends.

Try the cheddar fries!!. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax. It's a true "come as you are" bar. The friendly service and cold beer is great, but it's the food that keeps us coming back. The burgers are super, but the cheddar fries are a must-have! The karaoke on Saturday nights gets a bit crowded, but, it's still fun to watch. This place has been our favorite for years and will surely continue to be!

The best 1/2 lb burger in Dallas! Come see why D Mag said so. Are you kidding me???? Yummmyyyyy! I got a ? pound burger for under six bucks and it was GREAT! The service was great and not a smoker in sight. I love this place. You can hang out on the patio if you are a smoker, but for us cool burger lovers in or out it?s the ?Mac Daddy ? Burger joint!

Probably the place to go to drink...not to eat.. Smoky environment. We thought it would have at least a smoke free area. We ordered a veggie burger and the turkey burger. Both were over cooked and dry. Fries were average but nicely salted. Service was polite. Not the place to go for food maybe only if you were drinking would be our guess.
