Best Karaoke in Uptown...hands down. I love coming on the weekends for the karaoke the djs are great and interactive and the staff is always so attentive and friendly...even when they get so super busy :)

The food is also great. They make everything as if you made it straight out of your own kitchen...the burgers are my favorite.

The patio is also awesome. They have acoustic music during the week when its nice out...it's very relaxing and chill.

They also always have something on special so you get a bang for your buck

WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET. oh wow... i went to uptown bar n grill for a laid back unexpensive snack and what a big surprise... My check was $52 for 2 burgers and 4 draft beers... plus tip: 60 bucks!!! Are they serious?!

I could have gone to any nice restaurant with well made food and drinks anywhere in uptown, have a great meal and paid the same... i was shocked and felt robbed... that is definetly the last time I go there. WHAT A HELL?!!!!!!!!! tHIEVES

Karoke!!!. Love going here on Fridays or Saturday nights for karoke. Great patio!

The bar for social rejects. I went to this bar thinking I would have a great time and mingle with classy people, boy was I wrong. This bar is not an example of how the Uptown social scene is. Its like a bunch of social rejects all packed in one spot, just awful. There are plenty of nice bars in Uptown that have people with class, however this bar isn't it and it shoudn't even carry the Uptown name because there isn't anything UPTOWN about it. Also the cheese fries are OK nothing that would make me want to come back for.

Fantastic Patio and burgers!. I passed on jakes burgers the other day and drove to Uptown Bar & grill to give them a try. I loved loved the hamburger! BIG payyt, great buns and the gal below was right, the cheese fries are scary! They have a great patio that is a people watching place and a fantastic waitress was on staff that day. I have not experienced Kareoke, but can tell you that the hamburgers, service and patio are great!

Have you had their cheese / chili fries?. OMG ! I almost jumped over someones table the other day when these came out! You can get them with hot stuff too! The hamburgers are out of this world too! Love this plcae! Love the food love the service. A real neighborhood pub with the BEST food!

Terrible Service and Karaoke is awful. Uptown has really bad service, an unfriendly staff, and the absolute worst karaoke in town. I've never seen a bar so poorly run and in such need of a drastic fix. The atmosphere, prices, etc are all fine. The staff, however, is another matter. Drinks are rarely delivered on time and often done so with air of superiority. Furthermore, the Karaoke boss often sings several songs. If I wanted to listen to her sing, I would buy her nonexistent album. People come to a bar with karaoke to either, karaoke themselves or listen to drunk patrons do so.

The casual side of Uptown. Great food and a very casual, lively atmosphere. Definitely the best bar in Uptown to meet with your friends and have a good time. If your eating, get the cheddar fries and the burgers - some of the best in Dallas if you ask me. Freindly staff. Gets crowded on the weekends.

When the weather's nice, check out the patio out back. Sometimes they have some pretty cool bands out there.
