Fantastic Kwik Kar. I just wanted to relate my experience at this Kwik Kar Valley Ranch. I was needing an oil change and after several negative experiences at various facilities I decided to try this spot out after reviewing them on this cite. I was greeted with a smile and they actually placed a paper floor mat in my vehicle although I believe my floor was rather spotty to say the he least. The crew was very helpful as they explained what I was getting for the price(full service oil change), and they even let me know what the manufacturer recommened for my vehicle for the miles that I was at. The manager(Thomas) and the assistant manager(Jamie) were both very helpful both in the shop as well as at the regester, letting me know of the best route to the carwash they have to offer down the street(free)...the entire staff seemed to work well together and seemed like family...working very professionally together....I felt as though I was well treated and well informed without feeling I was being pressured to purchase the usual extras that tend to come with these Kwik Kar places.I highly recommend this Kwik Kar! They are very fair and very knowledgable as well as very fair prices and no hidden charges...what they say they will do they do...…

Double labor charges. Went to Kwik Lube in Valley Ranch for new wheel bearings. I was told it would be $380 for parts, and up to 4 hours of labor. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I was called after two hours saying my car was ready. Now imagine my unpleasant surprise when I was told they had to charge me the full 4 hours of labor at $85.00 per hour. When I complained that it only took two hours they were very unsympathetic. They could not tell me who forced them to charge me for 4 hours for 2 hours worth of work. They would not tell me who pockets the extra $170.00 labor charge. They were immediately transformed in little sargent Schultz's from the TV show Hogan's Heros, "we know nothing!" Visit these jerks at your own risk. Don't say you weren't warned!…

reputable people. Very HONEST reputable people-check pricing here before allowing work at a dealership or elsewhere. Excellent work, knowledgeable, will give you the STRAIGHT answer. We have saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars here over the years. Can't recommend them highly enough!…

You can change my fluids anytime !. I typically take my car to the Valvoline in Lakewood to have my oil changed; however, they are always SUPER busy. Unless you arrive at 8am on the dot when they open, expect to wait at least an hour. Since I was on Mockingbird anyway, I figured I would try this place out. It was 11am on a Saturday but I was able to get my car in immediately! The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and told me he would have my car out quick. Went inside and selected a magazine to read (which by the way they even had chick magazines like Glamour and Cosmo...awesome). Found a great article and even before I was able to get halfway through, they came in and told me my baby was ready to roll! They even accepted my Valvoline specific coupon for $6 off my oil change.
