Wow

I've been training here for a while now. The workouts don't come close to anything I've tried at a gym. I'm in the best shape of my life even at 30, and crossfit has helped in getting me there.

Crossfit is a great experience. You get much more personal attention and instruction, and the work-out routines are constantly changing so you never get bored. It is excellent overall and highly recommended.

Crossfit Reivew

I have been using the Crossfit facilities for about a week now and I can say that the experience is nothing less than amazing. Troy is a very personable guy who is willing to help you with technique and give pointers when ever he sees fit (which is very frequent).

I am hoping to get back in shape and Crossfit appears to be the best option I have ever explored, unlike the gimic "get fit by doing nothing" routines that others try to sell.
