Not a good experience at all..... I didn't care for the Sona MedSpa team. I paid so much for chemical peels which made my face worse! After stopping treatment, they gave me a credit (which I had to FIGHT for), but I don't want to to use any of the products that they are wanting me to buy. I wasn't allowed to put the credit towards anything good. Also, the hair removal isn't working. I am on my 5th treatment and I still have hair. Almost $2,000 for this!?!? I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there.

Great Service and experience!. I've had laser hair removal before and this is the best experience that I've had. They are knowledgeable and really work with you on putting the right package together. The technician was wonderful and it was so fast- there was almost no pain- totally different from past experiences. I highly recommend Sona MedSpa in Frisco.

Clean and professional. I started my laser hair removal treatments a few months ago, and I was very impressed with their cleanliness and professionalism. I have seen great results so far. I feel comfortable and I feel confident in their services.

Great Day Spa. I have been going here for a year now for botox and love this place. Whether I am doing a consultation for additional services or having botox done, the staff is very friendly and informed.

I recommend coming here and seeing what they have to offer.

Poor Service...Changes Pricing. I had laser done at Sona at Frisco. The changed pricing, talked poorly about their employees, and the experience was terrible. I will never spend another dime in there...I spent over 4K. I have since (2years later) had Laser at a Plastic Surgeons office and my results are incredible and at 1/3 of the cost of Sona. When I orginally complained about the change in price and service that threatened to sue me if I posted anything online about them that was negative.

Mixed feelings. I was very happy with the way I was treated by the staff, it was easy to schedule an appointment and it was a very calming environment.

However, I had several areas treated with laser hair removal and did not retain ANY results even after keeping regular appointments. If anything, I feel like some areas even got worse! When I had the treatments done, the first girl burned me severely and I even had scaring around my areola. As they told me, the laser targets darker pigment so it seems they should know to be careful in that area. I had a dark rings of blood in all my bras for the next week and extreme pain from the open wound and it was very embarrassing in front of my then boyfriend. They did not seem very sympathetic, but at least they avoided doing that again.

I'd like to try keeping up with my hair removal, but I don't want to pay what I did again to get the same results I did the last time.

Had doubts, hair removal was EASY!. I wanted to get the annoying hair on my chest removed (I am MALE BTW!) Used to be a swimmer when I was younger and didn't like the new, older looking me.

When I arrived I was greeted by the staff - they then described what was going to happen and how it would feel. I must say I was very much at ease with the facility, staff and experience. The results so far are very pleasing, so I will come back to them. Although they were busy, I didn't get a sense of being rushed. Highly recommended.

Laser Hair Removal. For anyone considering laser hair removal, I would recommend Sona Medspa. The staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the waiting area is very soothing. They seem to have the latest equipment. I think they did as good a job as possible. I would advise not going in with unreachable expectations, especially for blondes, which I am. For me, this is not a permanent hair removal solution, but it does a great job of increasing the length of time I can go between shaves and eliminating razor burn by making the hair finer and more sparse.

Sona Med Spa in Frisco. Sona Med Spa in Frisco is great! I highly recommend it.

Their revoluntionary Accent Treatment for toning and tightening skin is awesome. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Dedra, Suzanne, and Heather are some of my favorites. Thank you Ladies, for always making me feel comfortable, and being sincere.

Great Service - Great Location. For years I wondered what it would be like if I didn't have to shave every day....and now I get to enjoy the rest of my days with out shaving....wooohooo!!! I was a little nervous about the process and went for a consultation to understand hair removal. They were very informative and spent as much time as needed to ensure all my questions were answered.

Once I started my sessions, I knew I had made the right decision. I could see progress after the first session. The best part is....it doesn't hurt! There is slight discomfort, but it is not near as bad as razor burn or having to shave every day. Suzanne is the best!!! She does an awesome job and she is great to talk too. I left the experience with no hair and a new friend!! I highly recommend the hair removal process and Sona!!! Many blessings!!
