By FAR the best yoga studio with the most highly qualified and dedicated instructors. I respect the passion poured into this place in creating such high standards! I don't have time to waste on a bad class.....you'll NEVER leave disappointed at APY! You've only missed out if you haven't gone!!

Before I experienced APY (American Power Yoga), I was basically yoga hopping. When I found APY...I found my place! After every APY class I feel great about myself both inside and out. APY helps me bring life into perspective and gets my body fit and trim! Thanks APY!
Pros: Ambience, Attention, Music, Instruction, Friendly , Decor, Very Reasonable Rates, Lots of class times, Many instructors to choose from
