In Short – Those expecting walls cluttered with memorabilia and beer paraphernalia are in for a surprise at Dallas' outpost of Fox's sports bar chain. Sparse decoration, stylish couches and soft lighting lend a European vibe, though flat-screen TVs tuned to football alleviate any confusion. Less-sporting types are welcome, too: One-third of the space is a traditional dining room with a contemporary American menu. The food--particularly starters and wood-fired grill entrees--surpasses typical bar fare.
rude bartenders
by caribbean711
the bartenders are rude and there are too many other choices to have to put up with it. what ever happened the the concept of service? do these people really believe they are so 'it' that they can get away with not acknowledging people, not greeting them politely (God forbid a smile) and not thanking them for their patronage? as a postscript, there are many tv's but their placement isn't very good. if you do go, no matter where you sit you are going to get a neck ache.
- Pros: parking garage
- Cons: snooty bartenders, tv's are up high
Service is downhill, this place is in bankruptcy, emplyees and management disgruntled it will close soon
by JOAH2210
"Employees disgruntle because this place is in bankruptcy , changes management more than I change my drawls and going down hill fast. If you complain to manager Robert Andon you may come close to a fight like I did sunday sept. 28th. My group of 4 went to watch the 3rd & 4th quarter of the sants vs 49ers game. Within 45 minutes of ordering drinks and eating the waitress asked if we'd like to move out of the open seating area of the bar area because a large crowd of people were coming in for the 3pm game. We declined and minutes later she brings back our check though we have an open tab. We ask her to put the charges on the open tab and she goes off to ring up the charges on the card then brings back the card and check on the table as if it is closed out.
When the crowd comes in the manager asks us if we'd like to move to allow others to sit in the open seating area as if though we are not paying customers. We complained that we were paying customers we did not wantto hear that others want to sit while we wre paying. But the manager Robert Andon decided to get into a shout match and it came close to a brawl.
this place is going to close down pretty soon. the company is in bankruptcy and they change employees more than I change my drawls."
