JOSHUA is it!! I am a hair stylist from Austin in for the week, I was in desperate need of a cut. Let me tell you he did everything I asked! Perfect cut(I would know) great massage during shampoo! If you want a precision cut go see him! HANDS OF MAGIC!! He cut me hair better than most of the girls I work with in Austin! He is very personable too, especially if you are nervous about meeting a new stylist! You will love his work I promise!

I wish I would of known..... A few months ago was my visit to Pure Spa and Salon. I had a wonderful and relaxing mani and pedi. The lady was so sweet, friendly and outgoing. She convinced to try a color that I never would have, but I absolutely LOVED it and her! She spoke to me about a monthly maintenance program. I was considering purchasing it. I decided to try out the spa again for another mani and pedi before committing to the monthly program. This time I was placed with another woman who I did not ask to be placed with. I was never given a choice of who I wanted to book an appointment with. I was not as happy with my second time mani and pedi. It was not a good experience like the first time. I wish I would have known that I was being placed with a different lady.

Nancy Gilbert. This was my first time there and right when I got there, she made me feel at home and comfortable. She spoke to me like a real (American) woman would. And didn't speak too much, ;)

Her pedi and mani were amazing and I would totally go again and recommend her to anyone!

Katie is the BEST!. Katie is the BEST! After searching several salons and finding little to be excited about, I started coming here about a year and a half ago and have been completely satisfied since. Katie has helped me grow my hair out at least 6 inches and it's as strong as its ever been, pulling off layers in a way that looks oh-so-natural and full of body. She has taken the time to teach me how to style my hair, wear it wavy (even I didn't know my hair could do this when cut right), and she even did my wedding day hair & makeup. On top of all of that, she is priced quite fairly. As other reviewers have mentioned, the salon is attached to a fitness center and the waiting area is rather small, but for the quality of work, I would expect to be paying more. :) Definitely check out Katie!

Best haircut and color in DFW. Moving to Dallas four years ago, I was terrified having to find a new hairdresser. I went through 3 until I found Katie. She does an outstanding job cutting my hair and also my highlights. People are always touching my hair loving the cut and color. Thank you Katie for making me stay beautiful!!!

PURE Spa and Katie are the BEST. Katie at PURE Spa is my go to pro for my hair. I am a long time regular customer. She does a great job and takes care of me from pre-cut wash to post-cut rinse. It is a real pleasure to visit Katie. She is always cheerful and upbeat. During the cold weather when this was written, Katie had a mug of hot cholcolate waiting for me on my last visit. The women behind the front counter are great to deal with. Everyone is genuinely interested in taking care of the customer. I am happy with my PURE spa experience and it is always a pleasure to see Katie.

Miracle Makers!. Josh does my highlights and he does an amazing job (and I judge performance on compliments given)! I highly recommend him. And Kristin (aesthetician) is wonderful too!

Wonderful and Relaxing Day Spa!. This day spa was amazing! I went to Pure with a group of my girlfriends to celebrate a birthday. All of us got different services, but I got a massage and it was one of the best massages that I have ever gotten! All of my friends thoroughly enjoyed their services as well. The service providers were incredibly friendly and made us all feel very comfortable. It was really nice because we were able to hang out together in the Waterhouse and spend some time in the huge hot tub and steam room while we waited for our services to start. We are already planning our next visit to Pure!!

Great Place to Spend the Day. We had a wonderful time at the spa but should have scheduled to stay all day and have several servces. I had a massage and it was excellent then we went to the hot tub and sauna. Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. We will go back every chance we get.
