In Short – Industrial accents and brushed steel light fixtures mixed with warm cherry colored burlwood walls and indigenous Texas hardwoods exude a warm contemporary ambience. Extensive sushi menu features exotic offerings such as live scallops, clams and prized delicacy, live uni (sea urchin). Traditional Korean grilling methods cook a variety of steaks including Kobe beef tenderloin (priced by the ounce). Sake lovers can choose from 42 different types from warm sake to chilled premium and unfiltered Nigori-sakes.
Editor's Tips
- Look Good:
- For a fun interactive dish, try Kobe Hot Rock where diners can sear stripes of Kobe beef on their own rock.
BEST sushi

My family and I have been to many sushi restaurants all around the DFW area. We went there for dinner and had the best sushi in our lives. The sushi, especially the tuna and salmon, were perfect in color and texture. The rolls were presented beautifully and what was even better was the price! The price for the quality of the sushi and how much they give you is awesome.
The service was impeccable as well as the freshness of the sushi. The waitstaff were very knowledgeable of the menu and knew when you were ready for more. The manager was very friendly and gave good recommendations on what to order/drink.
We will be going there again!
- Pros: super fresh sushi and really good service
Good sushi place

Dallas has become a sushi mecca so I hold sushi restaurants to a high standard. I would say the quality is above average but the price is higher above average than the cost is. If it is convenient for you and you are enough of a sushi fan to appreciate higher quality sushi, then it is a decent option.
- Pros: high quality sushi
- Cons: parking and expense
Comfortable and classic!

Little Katana has the best sushi I've tasted by far. They also have lots of awesome rolls and creative food creations that are presented flawlessly. The pricing is highly competitive for the quality. I don't think I'll ever think twice about where to go out for sushi again!
- Pros: experienced staff, awesome food, great service
