In Short – Evident from the name, Exhale's focus is on the mind-body connection. Part of the Hotel Palomar development, the serene setting features dark hardwood floors, soft lighting and calm white walls. Fitness classes include yoga and Core Fusion, a conditioning class with elements of Pilates, yoga and stretching. Spa services include more traditional options like facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures, as well as treatments like massage, acupuncture, cleanses and cupping.

I had two gift cards that I had received, but had lost. I was told by front desk they had no record and would not honor the 200 value of my gift card. I have regularly received spa gifts and, in my experience, spas keep a record of such information for this very reason. I love their yoga classes but will not be going there for spa services. Bad policy.

TERRIBLE Customer Service and Relaxation Area!!!

I misplaced a gift certificate (worth almost $400) and the staff told me it was lost forever without a chance to redeem! I had a credit card statement showing the transaction but they informed me they keep no record of such things! This spa basically kept my money! In addition, the relaxation area is minuscule and treatment prices are not necessarily honored even when in the desk menu! I was not impressed with the treatment either! TERRIBLE is the only work I can use to describe this spa!

Packages are available for unlimited yoga and Core Fusion classes, as well as options with spa services.
Know Before You Go:
Undergarments are optional during the treatments. Socks are required for Core Fusion classes and loose-fitted clothing is recommended for Body Enlightening and Table Thai therapies.
