Unable to handle volume of online deals. I signed up for laser hair removal, which should be spaced out every 5-6 weeks. However, the salon has run so many specials lately that they can't handle the volume and are now booking be every 2-3 months.

I would NOT recommend any services that require regular follow-up because there's no consistency with their scheduling.

Very Professional but Friendly too!. I have been going to Glow for several months and have had 3 treatments in 3 areas so far.. I have appreciated the professionalism that I have been shown, along with the friendly staff. The experience all together, has been a pleasant one. Although, I drive an hour to get to the salon, it has been well worth it!!!

Great Experience So Far.... I have been going to Glow for laser hair treatments for about a year now. I just completed my 5th treatment and I have been quite satisfied with the service and the staff. Saima always makes sure that I am comfortable during the treatments. I purchased the service when they offered a special through Groupon, and I am so glad I did.

Great Hair Removal Experience. I was afraid to try laser hair removal when my husband bought me a groupon for Glow Medical Spa. I made the appointment so the money would not be wasted. I was so impressed that I bought two more areas. The owner has always been very thourough in explaining what she is doing and how it will feel. I really appreciate that!

The spa is beautiful and very relaxing! There are plenty of products to purchase, even jewelry and clothing.

When they had to close because of the weather, they were kind enough to open on two Sundays so customers could still get in without having to wait months. I do not know many establishments that would do that to accommodate clients!

The prices are also very reasonable. I would pay full price for services at Glow before I would go some other place with a discount!

Waste of time and money+ RUDE service. I bought a groupon for laser hair removal at Glow Spa for my young sister and our experience with them has been terrible! Not only has the treatment been worthless (very minor reduction in hair growth), the receptionist is the rudest person I've ever spoken with! Considering the fact that she is representing Glow to customers, I'm appalled that she believes she can hang up on customers (yes, she hung up on me when I called to make an appointment for my sister). Anytime my sister went in for a session, they refused to give her an appointment for anytime within the 6-8 week hair regrowth cycle period. As a matter of fact, when she went in for her 4th treatment, they told her the only available appointment date would be 3 months in the future because they were "busy". However, this did not keep them from announcing another groupon deal the next week with "appointments available" for the newer Groupon owners. How unprofessional is that? The receptionist refused to let me speak with the owner (Saima) whom I had to speak with the last time to get an appointment scheduled.

I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

FABULOUS FIND!. Glow Salon and Med Spa continues to be an amazing experience for me!

It took me a long time to find a salon that had a laser hair removal procedure that worked effectively and safely for people of color. I had been turned away from more than 6 salons before I found Glow. Glow offers such a service and the results for me have been AMAZING after just one treatment.

But beyond that - my overall experience was top notch. I was pleasantly greeted by the owner, Saima, who took me earlier than my scheduled appointment. The procedure took less than 5 minutes and was relatively painless!

I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff members and I have already made appointments to experience some of the other services that Glow has to offer.

Thanks to Glow ... I am GLOWING! =)

Smart Lipo....AMAZING Results!!. Smart Lipo... Best thing I've ever done for myself!

My self-confidence has risen dramatically since my smart lipo surgery. Dr. Bukhari took a tremendous amount of time and effort to really hear what I was looking for as a patient. The results are amazing.. I could not be happier!

What an AMAZING find!!. I just had my first laser hair removal session on 4/24/10 and everyone was great. The Spa is beautiful and I really enjoyed meeting my technician. Additionally, Dr. Bukhari was able to work me in for a consult and later he filled the area of my upper lip! I had a lot of little lines and a couple of deep ones. He also plumped my upper lip! His work is just beautiful. I came in as a Groupon client but I will now be a DEVOTED client. Thank you Dr. Bukhari! We will be talking again! I'm thinking under my eyes this next time;)

Great experience!. Didn't feel like driving to North Dallas where my (now former) hair dresser is - saw this place and decided to pull in. Amazing experience! Leslie did a FABULOUS job on my hair! She listened to everything I said and was on target w/ her work. I will definitely be back! It's so great when a new person does your hair and it turns out good ... it only gets better from here!

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! This deserves SIX STARS!. I had been looking forward to the opportunity to give my daughter the "gift" of laser hair removal. I had it done when I was in my 20s and it did WONDERS for my self confidence. So, I couldn't wait to pass that on to my daughter. Of course, I worried a little about how the experience would be for her, given her age and her low pain threshold. (If anyone would complain that this treatment would hurt... it would be my daughter!) But from the minute we walked through that door, those worries were gone.

We were greeted by a beautiful ambiance and an incredibly professional staff who helped us with paperwork and then we were immediately escorted into an intimate, cozy room where the treatment was to be done. I was surprised to find that Saima, the owner, was the one who would be doing the treatment. She was really so exceptional and very engaging with both myself and my daughter and she was very conscientious about asking my daughter if she was comfortable, etc. By the end of the treatment, we had had such a great time, I think my daughter was surprised it was already over and was eager to schedule her next appt.

Overall, this experience was just more than I could have expected. So positive, pleasant and professional. For anyone considering this treatment, I cannot recommend this treatment enough!!! And as far as where to have it done? Well, I can simply say that we do NOT live near this location... and there are MANY that offer this service, I'm sure. But we will ABSOLUTELY continue coming to this establishment for these and other services because I value quality and without a doubt... that is what Glow Salon offers!
