Puts Richardson on the cultural map

This is listed as a 'government' building, but it's really a Performing Arts Center. It was built just a few years ago and still seems quite 'new' as a long time resident. They have a wide variety of performances to choose from, with a combination of local, regional, and national theatre and troopes.
