Bad food. PlanoNroti = long wait for food = cold food = waste of money, mood and time. I read reviews of the people before I went there. I wonder how people say that their chicken biryani is good. I guess they never tried good biryani. I got even hair in my biryani. So I ordered food at 7.39, got it at 8.15. Half of the food we ordered to carry out was on the counter and half of the food came later. Me the poor customer know nothing what is going on. So paid money for waiting 30 minutes and cold food and then hair in the rice. Gonna complain about them to consumer services or if anyone know any better place to report them.

I just will be happy if they close the business if they do not know how to run it or make it better rather than let people waste there money.

Grrrr, I wish they should get surprise inspection from food inspector. the place feels like so many chicken are placed in the cage to be slaughtered. Come on people go to some good restaurant. that is not even a restaurant.

Best Indian Food Lately.... I think this restaurant is no longer rice1roll and is ricenroti. Went there yesterday, was awesome, food was great service was friendly, loved everything, food is not expensive it caters to everyones need. Will go there again.

Poor service. The cafe atmosphere was noisy, hot and not very welcoming. The service was slow and bad. We were served 3 idlis instead of the 4/plate. The plates of idli were placed on the table and the server left. No chutney nor sambhar was served with it. Somebody eventually brought it to our table after about 15 mins. The uttappam that we ordered was burnt and not cooked well. We could hear the cook shouting inside and barking orders. Would not go there again.
