Guy Fiery was right! Their food is good! Gelato is good! Pita bread is good! Falafel is good! They open till midnight and 1am weekends. I got so full from the main dish, but still could finish 2 scoops of their gelato (+ another big chunk of gelato from a friend too; dessert gets transported to another dimension in my belly so it's ok :-)

USA best authentic Arabic" Mediterranean" cuisine. AFRAH RESTAURANT is the best place to have an authentic and real Arabic food. I live in Michigan near Dearborn and there are a lot of Arabic restaurant over there but nobody have it like afrah. I have never taste like that in the whole U.S.

I tried today their Buffett, it was delicious and lot of food and variety of dishes. Each section in the Buffett is something woooooow. I don't know what these people ,whoever wrote these bad reviews, are doing?,!!

Believe me this restaurant have the best authentic Arabic food and you will not regret the decision to go eat there.

Also comparing to restaurant in my city in Michigan their prices are very cheap for this food quality and taste.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very family friendly and also I fond people who came just for an Arabic coffee and have while they are reading or working in their laptops I wished I had coffee but I was full after eating that much.

I hope my review help. And If I lived here I would go there a lot but I'm here for a vacation only .

Love it afrah and thanks for the good food.

mira. I do not recomend this restaurant to anyone, the customer sevice is very bad and the restaurant is not clean, when I put my hands on the table they they were sticky. The food is not tasty, the meat is dry and the price is high. Ali baba in richardson which has better variety and quality food is cheaper than afrah. In addition afrah always MASSES UP in your to go order. Yesterday I placed a to go order they forgot to put my paid shawrama chicken sandwaich in my bag. when I called them they told me We are sorry these things happnes and it will happen again.

Richardson's Worst. As others have stated the meat is very dry, we found the food tasteless and bland. Little seasoning in any of the dishes. Will never go back.

love, love this place. I love this place so much .Their food is so exceptionally delicious and so authentic it reminds me of my mom's cooking .i've been a loyal customer for over 4 yrs and i still am in love with this restaurant as the first time .the service is so amazing everybody is so friendly and nice even the owner.they always go the extra mile to make you feel at home .And the most amazing thing about this place is the fact that they have new things (appetizer, main dish ,desserts or the buffet) every time .so all i'm trying to say is, if you ever want to experience authentic ,fresh ,home made mediterranean food go to Afrah.I promise you will not be disappointed, infact you will thank me and may be who knows we might even run in too each other .

p.s mtahmed and dran123 i think you guys have never been to afrah cause if you have your post would have been different .so i think you should go and experience the adventure for real this time .

What a sham. I cannot understand the hype based on the reviews written here. Probably none of these people have had middle eastern food before. Yes, its hard to find authentic shawarmas in the DFW area, but this is hardly the place to even experiment.

LOVE this place, been going there for years. The lunch buffet is great, but spring for the extra $2 or $3 and have them bring you out a plate of schawerma meat. Great Mediterranean food with a Lebanese emphasis, friendly owners and employees. The cheese pies and dessert pastries are also great. I'm a real fan of several of their gelato desserts as well, but not every flavor is for every taste. Just about every time I'm down in Richardson around lunchtime you'll find me here.

Authentic Fresh Lebanese Food. Great all you can eat buffet at lunch with healthy tasty food, Three different Salads, Hummus and Baba Ganoug, at least three vegtable friendly hot dishs, shish tawouk (chicken) and kafta kabeb (beef) cooked over charcol, Fresh made pita, and a thyme and sesame spice pie (manaich). Two different deserts that usually include a great chocolate mousse. They greet you by name and are very appreciative for your patronage. The owner hovers over the buffet making sure the food is good qaulity and the server trays stay full. Fantastic gelato ice cream, and a none ending production of fresh baklava made with all kinds of nuts in house.
