stay away. The salespeople are relentless. You pay a hefty price for monthly membership, which is automatically withdrawn from your checking even if you never use the service that month. They also try to get you to spend money every time you walk in the door. Sometimes they will not take 'no' for an answer. One lady was extremely rude, condescending, and pushy after I repeatedly told her I wasn't going to buy anything. She actually started screaming when I told her I didn't want any of the products she was trying to pressure me into buying. She knew I didn't want or need the products, but she tried to trick me into purchasing them by telling me my rewards credits would cover the cost. Then she gave me like 3 different totals and treated me like an idiot when I told her for the millionth time that I was not there to spend money. I could not get any response from customer service when I tried to make a complaint. I am cancelling my membership immediately and trying to warn others not to go there. Save your money!!
