waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE. if you ever have any account issues, the clinic manager Sherry Holbrook will never call you back. i've waited THREE WEEKS for a phone call back. i've tried calling her cell phone and she will always forward my calls to voicemail and when she does answer, she always says "im not in the office but i will be in on (insert day and time). you can come see me then." so, i go to see her on that date and time. she is never there. NEVER. They have no management skills and she just needs to be fired. i have no idea why the owners are keeping such a bad manager who is literally running the place into the ground. ridiculous! i've moved and tried out the murphy location. talk about amazing!!! try murphy and you'll never be disappointed.

I just had the manager of this store hang up on me. She is definitely not for the job. I was trying to get my daughter out of the contract because she lost her job and the manager said she can't cancel until June and therefore must pay. My daughter offered to pay the months she missed but really needed to cancel because she lost her job. The incompetent manager wasn't having it. I will be filing a BBB complaint. It is sad that Massage Envy doesn't have a way for someone going thru hardship out of their contract and ATT does. hmmmmmm...something is definitely wrong here.

I just had my first and LAST experience with Massage Envy. I went for a facial to the Allen location on McDermot. I have sensitive skin. I told them that so the clinician said she used the least harsh of the products. During the facial she told me that she didn't like any of the products I was currently using. I take very good care of my skin. I am 30 years old and people think I am in my late teens/early 20"s. She only wanted me to use her recommended products. I even mentioned I wear sunscreen every day. The clinician, Hanna, first told me not to wear sunscreen daily. There is a lot of research that says to wear daily sunscreen to prevent future damage. When I asked about the reason for not wearing sunscreen, she changed her opinion and started to tell me to wear it. It was a complete contradiction. This review is not about the benefits of sunscreen. However, the point I am trying to make is that throughout my facial she was obviously trying to sell me products but insisting my products are all bad and her recommended ones are what I should use. They only carry one product line, Murad. After the facial was complete, my ENTIRE FACE WAS COVERED IN HIVES. It is not her fault that I have highly reactive skin. The irritating thing is she picked out about 6 different products for me to purchase even though I was covered in hives from the products used! Can you say commission! That seems really unethical to push products on a client that caused a skin reaction just to upsale. Furthermore, the manager named Frosty, immediately told me how wonderful my skin looked even though I had hives all over it. She was really pushing for me to become a member, set up my next appointment, and was just so so pushy. I could not wait to leave. I came in to relax, and now all I feel is pissed off. This place is way to pushy. I will never go back.

My experience here was a big disappointment. The front office is manned by young, immature females who are very unprofessional. Although the massage therapist are very good and have always provided professional service, the front office crowd is a big negative for this location. In addition, be very cautious at providing a credit card and authorizing automatic billing as they attempted to charge my credit card after I cancelled an appointment.

Fooled on my last massage. I booked my last massage after being a member for 3 yrs.I have to use my last massage before it gets forfeited. On my check out the older Lady who seems to be one of the administrator (1st time seen her) asked me for a payment and explained her it's from my Prepaid and still insisted for my payment.Soo frustrated being fooled on that day.No wonder their therapist don't last long.Karma will gets you soon.

Bait & Switch... or just incompetent?. Wife went in for massage on Friday (9/2) and got an OK massage from Ken F, but when she went to use her gift certificate, the Clinic Administrator (Sherry H) said she could not accept it for payment, as "there was no way to enter it into the system".

Really? They sell them on their web sites. So, my wife had to pay for the visit.

They even went as far to try to sell her on a membership. Let me just say that if you're not going to honor a gift certificate, who, in their right mind is going to trust you with a larger sum of their money??

Calls to the store get me diverted to "contact her via email only"... if this changes, I'll update/delete this review... for now, I'd steer clear... unless you have cash for a one-off, 'just like the other places' massage. Go visit Anatoly at Massage-Space in Plano.

Waste of Time and Money. The therapists at this location are average at best; however, the management does every thing it can to screw their so called "members". They collect your money every month and conveniently "can't find you in the system" when you call for an appointment. Then when you get angry, they tell you not to come back. In the meantime, they have your money. Months of massages that you paid for and cannot get...

Awesome LMT. I joined Massage Envy in May of this year. I have gotten many massages over the years but ME has one therapist who is absolutely awesome. My fibromyalgia was really bad and Ernesto B knew exactly what to do and I've been almost pain free for several months. He is intuitive as to where I hurt and his technique for healing is wonderful. He starts out kind of slow and gradually gets deeper. He has always been very professional. I would recommend him for any of my girl friends!!!!!

Great People Great Massage. I have been attending the Allen clinic for about 3 or 4 years and I have found the massages excellent. I also can say that the front staff has had some issues in the past, however the customer service has improved greatly. Scott is the new manager and the clinic has improved over the last year with his presence. The therapist are great and really care about their clients. Massage Envy is about therapy and healing. I would suggest this Allen cliic to anyone. Please call them if youneed a massage.

Pathethic management (Scott - do not use this location. Was a member for under a year and had to cancel and dispute with credit card company. Overcharged, and there is a therapist at this location (name withheld) that had the nerve to try to 'con' me in to giving a tip by saying I stole her previous client's tip. The manager, Scott Pandolfo (972)974-0241, says he'll do anything to make you happy and provide service - he'll tell you he'll get back to you on issues and you never hear from him. Pathetic service - definitely do not join this location. Other locations have better therapists and service. Scott does not value members at this location.
