Due to an accounting glitch on their end they did not receive payment for one month. (I verified with my credit card company that Planet Tan attempted to bill an old account and was denied.) They shut my account down, but continued to bill me. Apparently they were able to find the new credit card account a few weeks later.
All in all an innocent mistake on their part, however when I went into their office the lady said she couldn't help and gave me a number to call. I have now left two voice mails at that number and sent an e-mail to the corporate office with no response.
Great place for even average women to go!. I was a little leery of going to a place like this, for fear of the staff being snooty and just being kinda catty about someone going to their salon that doesn't really look the part. I was so wrong. The staff is always helpful and will recommend products without being obnoxious and annoying. The beds are always clean and I have hardly ever had to wait to get a bed. You can't beat the hours either, 7-11!
Helpful service. This was my first tanning experience in about 10 years. I opted for the "mystic cocktail" - a combination of a tanning bed followed by the mystic spray tan. Since I am pastey and burn easily, I was somewhat skeptical, but the staff did a good job of walking me through both the tanning and the mystic tan process. I used a level 4 tanning bed for five minutes, and the bed was considerably high-tech (air conditioning, music, etc.). Though the mystic tan spray booth was overwhelming in that you have to hold your breath while you are blasted with spray, it gave me a nice glow. Overall, I am very pleased.
