Don't eat here. Very rude owner.. We have lived in the Richardson area for 7 years now and know most of the local merchants. The Sonic on Plano Rd in the Richardson Square shopping center has to be the worst place to frequent due to the way the owner is so rude to his customers. We know the car hops and they are great but I wonder why they stay on there. This Sonic owner is a foreigner who is very rude and will not ever offer any specials like the other sonics. Nor will he take any coupons. Today I got some Sonic coupons in the mail that stated in black letters that it was redeemable at that Sonic only. When I got there the owner said he would NOT take it no matter what it said. So, I ended up going to another Sonic that is on Beltline and they ended up giving me the order for a dollar cheaper than the coupon and had my order out in less than 5 minutes! The Sonic on Plano Rd needs a new owner! He brings shame to the Sonic name.
