Completely different than any place I have ever been. His approach to helping you make a holistic decision versus predetermined single treatment. You may have walked in hearing about this treatment or thinking it may hurt. But it is pain-free and just amazing. The Injectables are so pain-free and the overall enthusiasm and warmth of the office and the result is just spectacular.

Dr. Lam performed an Otoplasty, almost a year ago, in January. I was really scared but I felt really comfortable with Dr. Lam and the nurses were really awesome, they made me feel good and comfortable with them so that helped a lot. The recovery was awesome and that the results turned out exactly how I wanted and hoped they would, so it worked out good. Besides, he’s a really smart man and he seems to know exactly what he's doing, he's friendly so you feel comfortable with him so I would choose him every time. My results are amazing. If you look at my previous pictures it's a really big change and my confidence has definitely gone up. If someone would ask me if I would do it again, I would definitely do it!

I had Artefill 6 months ago. I have a really long, narrow face so it always had hollowed out areas underneath the cheekbones. I’d gone through my whole life with this and I didn’t think there was anything that could be done. So I was just trying to get Botox and things like that, but Dr. Lam mentioned Artefill. It was really inexpensive because I talked to other people and if you did fat injections it was something like $7,000 but this was just $1500 and it’s permanent. So Dr. Lam was able to put this Artefill into my cheek areas and then into my eyebrows to raise my eyebrows and things like that and it’s made a huge difference. It changed my look completely. Dr. Lam was able to look at my face and say, oh, you know what, this is what we really need to do, and that has made a really big difference. The results totally changed my look. I did not like having my picture taken before because my face was almost gaunt. But now it’s like I’m photogenic and I don’t mind having my picture taken anymore, I don’t have to hide from the camera. The difference is night and day! I absolutely recommend Dr. Lam because he is professional, fair, and he just seems like he knows right away what needs to be done. That’s what really makes a difference.

Dr. Lam is patient and very nice, and I think he did a great job with the filler and Botox. I looked at the before and after photos of myself and I’m satisfied. I look younger, and that’s what I want!

All his videos are about how much of a brilliant doctor he is with better experience than surgeons with 20 years in this industry. Something is very wrong with the Texas medical system if we have an ENT doctor doing hair transplants, injections, botox, and promoting his own line of skin cream all day long.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lam’s for about nine months. He does just enough Botox treatment so that you look really good without overdoing it. He will also give you advice on what he thinks you should have to look your best. He’s an energetic, friendly and artistic doctor with an extremely helpful and accommodating staff.

After talking to Dr. Lam, he seemed like he had the most up-to-date and knowledgeable procedures for what I wanted done. He takes the time to talk to you and doesn’t force anything on you. He’s good at symmetry with the chin implant and has got that sort of artistic side, not just the medical side. Dr. Lam also tweaked the scar revision procedure for me without extra charge. He is really concerned about making sure that you have the best possible outcome. I’ve been very pleased with what I have.

Mr. Samuel Lam is mutilator and a butcher who does not deserve the title of being called a doctor. This man stole years from my life and stole my identity by making deformities on my face and turning me into a freak of nature. Mr. Lam, do you have any idea what its like to spend the rest of your life with your head down in public because of the facial deformities you made? Don't assume that a patient who doesn't return to you is happy with the outcome. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. If you had only let the unsatisfied reviews remain online then maybe this would not have happened and I would not have been fooled into having anything done with you. No ethical doctors pay companies like Medical Justice to 'clean' up your reputation online or threaten former patients. Trusting Sam Lam was sincerely the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life with the worst possible outcome.

I’ve been extremely pleased with everything Dr. Lam has done for me each time I’ve been to his office for fillers. He has a rare combination of technical expertise and artistic ability, and he’s a doctor that I would highly recommend. He’s a nice person who makes you feel very relaxed and manages to do it painlessly, which is amazing. I’ve had great results and am thrilled to bits with what he’s done for me.
