I have stayed at Discovery Inn on several occasions in the past several years! I always find them clean efficient, highly capable Innkeepers. They are also good business neighbors, all deliveries to the Motel are fast due to location, welcomed due to the clientele.

The CAN DO spirit is unique, in a southern hospitality style !

This American Owned and Operated business is a breathe of fresh air.

Affordable, Clean, Well Maintained, and truly inviting, close to good shopping at Town East Mall, Movies, Fishing, State Fair of Texas, Garland Water parks, Skating, World of Outlaw racing, Lakeside dining, all within 15-20 minutes ! GREAT for my whole Family, or a quite get away with Lake side strolls.

TRULY a hidden gem in the middle of it all, for a great price !

Family Owned Inn that treat you "Like Family". The location is conveniently located near my family’s favorite establishments. I travel out of my way to stay at the Discovery Inn because the services rendered go above and beyond any established rate. The staff has always provided my family and myself with years of quality services around the clock. The rates are economical, rooms are inviting,comfortable, very clean, and spacious. You definitely get more than what you pay for. The Discovery Inn will treat you like family during every stay. Rates more than fair, being treated like family priceless.

Family owned, Texas friendly. New facility, clean, outstanding value, close to new Bass Pro on Lake Ray Hubbard, easy access. Owners are locals, very knowledgeable & helpful about area.. This motel is truly a value oriented operation catering to repeat family and business travelers. Thad, Mark or other family owners are Texas friendly and have a real concern about making each and every guest's stay an enjoyable experience. Parking is easy no matter how large your RV, Truck w/Travel Trailer, Camper, Boat or Motor Coach may be. Easy access from I-30 is via the Zion exit, which is one exit West from the new Bass Pro on lake Ray Hubbard. Several public boat ramps are within 1 to 5 miles of the motel along with a large selection of low to medium-high end resturants. As life long residents of the greater Dallas area, pilots, small business owners and operators of the motel you receive accurate and immediate area information with a friendly Texas drawl. The motel is nicely furnished, has clean well maintained rooms with comfortable beds, a decent TV system and free wireless Internet access. The Discovery Inn is enjoying a fast growing repeat clientele so most repeat users are making reservations especially if staying Friday and Saturday nights. This motel is definitly NOT the run of the mill. You'll find this AMERICAN owned and operated estabilshment refreshing; try it and I think you will return again.
