What a night!

Fried chicken fell out of the tray and the worker put it right back in. Mongolian section doesn't look clean and had been left out too long (crossed contamination). When the foods fell off into the drip/oil catching tray during Mongolian stir fry, they need to throw it away instead of putting back into the foods. Who charges a 1 year old that barely had a piece of bread?! Sorry, they really need a sushi chef whatever they have were awful. Other than these issues, the waiters were extremely nice. Please don't let me stop you, see it for yourself.

Neat restaurant. Best Chinese buffet I've ever had.

In contrast with many other Chinese restaurants, this one has fresh-delicious food, a clean environment, and nice decoration. Based on my experience, the staff is friendly; if you need anything they are right just there. I have never found anything that doesn't look fresh. Plus, they have a grill with fresh meats, shrimp and veggies, so they prepare your food as you like it. They have very good salmon and fish; it also has salad, and dessert bar including ice cream. I lived in Las Colinas, Irving and I was a regular customer of this restaurant. Now that I live in Rockwall I haven't found a buffet with these attributes. I miss it?
