Awful- my hair was too dark from another salon and I went to this salon thinking that they could fix it (if I paid enough). They stripped the color off down to WHITE (which I later found out, you are NEVER supposed to do) and they gave my naturally curly hair a horrible razor cut. It has taken THREE years to grow it all out and get that horrible mess cut off. I thought I might get what I paid for but have gone elsewhere and am very pleased and am paying HALF of what I paid there. The only good thing about this salon WAS that they sold Kerastase and now I hear they are going to discontine selling that too. Boo! Beware!

• Pros: got me hooked on Kerastase products
• Cons: can't cut curly/wavy hair at all, stripped my hair white

Alban is the absolute best stylist. I have been a customer of his for over 3 years. Prior to that have been to the best sytlists from Miami to New York. Those were also great but with Alban it was definitely a cut above all those. For a true celebrity cut, it is worth every penny. Furthermore, with every stage of growth, the style is absolutely fabulous. I can go without a cut for 3 months plus. Definitely the best value for your $$.

Highly recommend Alban.

Don't waste your money on consultation with Jose Eber

Jose Eber appointment waste of time and money‎ -

On June 23 I had appointment with Jose Eber for consultation. He spent all of 2 minutes max - showed a cutter how she should cut and style and showed me a picture of a color he thought I should have. Went for the cut but not the color since it was a dark brown with tons of too light stripe looking highlights. I thought the look was quite dated. The hair cut was minimal and the stylist did or could not do the look he suggested (although a sweet person)...after that I was placed in a chair next to Jose who was busy doing a hair cut and did not make one comment or even look at my hair. He barked for a colorist then had the cutter look for the picture to show her - commenting "I am not your assistant". All in all very unsatisfactory and a waste of $200. I would never go back and I would never recommend it to anyone.
