Very Rude

I have been there a couple of times because it's on my way to somewhere but I'm disappointed every time. There's an older lady there that's very rude. I'm not going back.

• Cons: No costumer service

Nothing but great experiences with Sandy's!

I'm sorry to hear other people have had problems at Sandy's Too. I have had nothing but great experiences there and at the main store in Dallas on Gus Thomasson. This store really knows how to fit shoes! Their prices are very reasonable (especially compared to some other stores in North Dallas) and they are great at accommodating special orders. Our dance team is now using them for shoes & tights and they even came out to our school to fit all the girls.

I just bought a new pair of pointe shoes for my daughter and Kim took plenty of time to get it right - she must have gone through at least 10 styles on my daughter (and we already had it narrowed down by knowing which shoes had worked in the past).

The dancewear selection is not huge but they have the basics and the prices are fair. If you need something they don't have they'll get it from the big store in Dallas or try to order it for you.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. . . . .

HORRIBLE. They are very rude here. I took my 3yr old niece here and they were not accomodating at all. One employee was openly rude/disappointed when I let him know that I would not being buying something because it didn't fit. Not only are they overpriced but also rude. REALLY? This stuff isn't cheap and then the customer service has also gone out the window. I'd be glad to spend any amount if I'm being treated right. Don't waste your time and money here.
