Lauren has just blown away my expectations. I have been somewhat 'high maintanence' with my move in and the extremly short period of time from when I notified her to when I needed to be in and her patience and willingness to go far above what anyone should have has made this relocation tremendously easier for myself and my kids. I not only thank her so very much but thank you for having an individual like her working in your office.

Angel was extrremely helpful on several ocassions. Especially this last weekend. Although she was not my original leasing agent she went above and beyond her line of duty helping coordinate with my cable and phone. Thanks you very much.

My name is Christine Johnson and I am a. Noura has been incredibly helpful in our new leasing experience. She has gone above and beyond in her efforts to answer our questions about our upcoming move. Noura has even gone as far as taking a photo of our apartments color scheme and sending it to my email, since we would not be by in awhile to take a look ourselves. She has been knowledgeable, professional and prompt in all of our interactions. My wife and I are very impressed with the service we have received thus far from Noura and Austin Ranch. We cannot wait to move in and join the community. Keep up the great work!

I have lived here going on 5 years & I really like the town center concept. Everything you need is literally within walking distance of my home. I can pick up my dry cleaning, dine, & meet up with friends for a drink, without ever having to drive my car. The resident services are like none other I've ever seen from other apartment communities that I have lived at before. They put on free concerts, Dallas Cowboys watching parties, happy hours, fun runs, & other creative social events to keep us entertained.

This is my second time living here in the past 10 years and by far it's the best run community I have lived in around Dallas. it has everything you need as a resident - friendly staff, great amenities and a great atmosphere! It's a wonderful place to live and work

Thank you so much for your time and efforts with myself and Brandon on Saturday. I am afraid we took up most of your afternoon. Your kindness, perfessional demeanor and humor guided Brandon to make what I think is the right decision in choosing Austin Ranch as his new home. You set the bar very high, and easily clear it. You would be an asset to any organization and I know that you were a major factor in Brandon's decision.
