We had our diamond inherited to me from my grandmother so we were very spectacale about taking to a jeweler we trust.We went to Marc samuels jewelers in frisco and worked with them on custom.They have a three step custom where we design our own peice,then they show us a wax and then the final product.Their staff specially Natalie is a custom designer came up with really good ideas,WE LOVED IT !!!…

Extremely helpful. My finance and I have been shopping around for a good quality diamond ring for the last several weeks in Frisco and Plano area and even online but everywhere we've been, the price was outrageous for the quality we are looking for which is the VS2 grade level. THANK GOD after long search we finally found the place, Marc Samuels, we should have looked at this place first. Murad, the owner was extremely helpful and gave us the hell of the deal. Let's say we paid half of what would have been paid elsewhere. We were so happy with his enthusiatic in helping us, I even came back and bought a diamond ring for my finance the next day. Served Well. My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at Marc Samuels jewelers. Marc, the owner of the store, is an extremely laid back guy. He is dedicated to making sure that your purchase is made with class, no matter how much you make. He offers his customers beer and wine, and it makes the buying process that much more enjoyable. The sales reps there do not work off commission, and they all make sure you are served well. We told them the kind of ring we wanted, and our price ceiling, and they did not try to sell anything to us over that amount, which I really respected.
