Encey Hair Design & Threading Salon Boutique. I've been going to Encey for over a year to get my eyebrows threaded & she is fabulous. I'm very particular about my eyebrows.... ok maybe even neurotic. Like, I would kill to have Gwen Stefani's eyebrows!!! I used to pay 50 bucks to get them waxed at thee 'Anastasia' Beverly Hills & I honestly have to say Encey is just as good & she's only $15!!! I actually prefer threading over waxing. In my opinion it's more precise. Encey accentuates my natural arch without over plucking them. She is meticulous, friendly, and really knows her stuff. I can't say enough good things about her. Most importantly; my eyebrows have never looked better! Thanks Encey! Muah!!!
