Same great food at Bishop Arts location – The food was great here, and the owners so friendly, but the landlord was terrible. (Note: there are only two tenants left in the building.) The same family, though, has another location on Davis at Bishop, so drive a little and enjoy the gyros and dolmades again!

Wow – Greek who would have thought. When I first heard of it I thought it would not last a year. Now I go there when ever I can. The food is flavorful. The service is great and you get alot for your money. What more can you ask for.

Fantastic Appitizers! – I work down the street from the cafe and have been several times for lunch. The greek salad is good, the gyros are delicious and their hummus and pita are some of the best I've had. The desserts look fantastic, but I'm usually too full after the entree to indulge!

The one time I was there for dinner the service left much to be desired. It felt as though the entire waiting staff were in training. We were also disappointed when the menu item that one of us ordered was unavailable. I will probably stick to going for lunch.

Total Package – People go out to eat for a variety of reasons. Good food at a reasonable price probably tops the list. But there are other factors: atmosphere, the uniqueness of the food, service, and basically how you are made to feel while you are there.

Well, the Greek Cafe & Bakery in Duncanville has it all. And don?t let the catchy name fool you; it is a total package. The gyros are fantastic, but that seems to be a truism for just about all Greek restaurants. So, here are a few of my personal favorites: stuffed cabbage, pastitsio, and dolmas. Oh, and hummus (regular and fire-roasted). And I guess I should mention the taramousalata. OK, OK, I don?t have just a few favorites. There are even more, actually. But, while the menu is quite extensive, I find it hard to break away from these items to try more things.

Oh, except for the desserts. This is a personal weakness and a surefire New Year?s resolution each January (which I have the foresight to write down in pencil.)

The variety of pastries, unfortunately, is often quite substantial. While deciding may be a problem, limiting oneself is even harder. From the decadent baklava cheesecake to the scrumptious, honey-soaked fenikia (my favorite), the sweets are reason enough to return.

Great customer service!!! – This is a new place in our area that I've been waiting to try as I'm a fan of new and different cuisines to try on my palate - hard to come by in the D'ville area. I was happily surprised. It is a family-run business and you get personal greeting from the couple and/or their daughter who also serve as the waitstaff. They're very attentive. It is a small cafe and cozy. I went for dinner and the portions are very abundant, the pita bread is fantastic and it's a great deal for the money. My kids loved the chicken and lamb/beef gyros. I can't wait to try their pastries! They have a good variety on their menu also, and are looking to add more items to attract more clientele from the area.
