NO GOOD!!!!

I called around 4pm today and the girl that answered the phone was plain rude, I asked her to speak with Harold because I had a bad experience a few days ago and wanted to let him know, she said very snotty "THERE IS NO SHAROL HERE!!!" in the rudest voice I ever heard. So then I said "I didn't say Sharol, I asked for Harold." Then she started to yell at me and said "WELL, SINCE YOU BEIN SMART I'M NOT DOIN NOTHIN FOR YOU AND YOU CAN FIGURE IT OUT URSELF!!!" and then she hung up on me. Obviously after a bad experience I was not expecting that response and would not suggest this place for the fact that the service is not managed very well.
