Best SUSHI ever!!. Not only are they really nice, but they stayed open extra late one or two nights! Just to make sure I got my to go order!

They have THE Best BUTTERFLY KISS roll on earth! I have been very lucky to travel and eat even Japan!

Sadly no other place can make this roll! I crave it all the time. Every time I come back to Dallas I make sure to make a many stops here!! I have been to $$$ places downtown Dallas and nothing compares to Fuji Yama!

Awesome Sushi...Yummy!. This is the best place for sushi that I have ever been. Now I'm spoiled! I love their Butterfly Kisses(Salmon wrapped around crab meat), California Rolls, Seared Tuna & Mango Tango Rolls. Everything is fresh & mouth watering. Diego is my favorite Chef there & Jimmy the waiter...so you must meet them. Tell them that Brandy sent you. I am addicted! Any of their specialty rolls are awesome.

GREAT SUSHI. If you are a true sushi lover this is the place to eat. Best sushi in town, they serve large peices and great rolls. You must try the butterfly kisses and Dallas Star rolls they are both to die for. The service can be a little slow when they are crowded, but who wants to hurry through an experince like this.

Really?!?. Five stars is a generous rating by these other users... We've been to this restaurant several times, and each time our major complaint is the lack of attentive service. Several times in the past experiences, we've not received items we ordered, we've not received drink refills, or we've had to wait for our check an unreasonable length of time. It's been 6 months since we visited Fujiyama, so we decided to try it again tonight. Unfortunately, the experience was similar to previous ones. The sushi was wonderful - no complaints at all about the food. However, the service was unattentive and unfriendly, putting an end to any future visits for us.

Great Sushi. Great food, everything we tried was fantastic. Highly recommended. The bar leaves a little to be desired but the food I can not say enough about.

Butterfly Kiss = happy times. I originally went there for a business meeting just expecting it to be like all the other mom and pop sushi restaurants with frozen fish but it was actually pretty good and i definately fell in love with the butterfly kiss. Oh and ask for their cold pineapple sake...its pretty much to die for...most of their other normal rolls kinda taste like other restraunts but their specialty rolls are amazing. the only other thing i didn't really care for was the terrible service...oh my goodness it was bad. but the food was pretty good.

Great Sushi!. I came across this place by chance. I was a bit skeptical when we walked in the door due to the lack of people. I was not disappointed! The sushi is fantastic and different. Definitely go with the butterfly kiss. It's out of this world. It's also nice to escape to a really good sushi restaurant without the crowds. It's relaxing and kid friendly if necessary.

I found my new favorite sushi bar!! This place is amazing!. Wow, out of all the places iv'e been to, Fujiyama tops the chart. I use to go to Nobu cuz of the cool atmosphere they got, but when i found this place, i was sold. Their rolls are just amazing. Especially there Las Vegas roll. And their portions are huge and inexpensive too. The staff was friendly, and the sushi, very fresh. The whole place just had a good vibe to it. You can say it hitt the spot. I will definately be back for more!!

The sashimi cuts were fresh and huge! Great customer service. My girlfriend and I always try new sushi places and I found this one on the internet! We went on a Thursday night and the staff was awesome and I have to say the we were given more than enough. We really enjoyed the sashimi of tuna, salmon and yellowtail. The individual slices were like the width of a dollar but the taste was out of this world! It was very fresh and prepared exceptionally well. We will be back for sure!
