The absolute worst service..

My mom and dad bought a computer from this company and they were very excited at first and I was too because it was something my parents really wanted for a long-time, getting a computer they could communicate with the rest of us that no longer live in Houston. I went with my mother to the neighborhood Fiesta and on our way out we made a payment and the Manager took around 5minutes to even acknowledge we were there, the whole time he was yelling, threatening, another customer their payment. I could not believe what I was hearing, everything short of the man cursing and even told the customer "I don't really care, that's not our problem and you need to make a payment or we are going to be by today with 2 guys to pickup your TV". I don't care what this customer did no customer deserves to be treated this way! After 3 months of my parents successfully making payments my mom/dad left to Chicago for a little while and were late on their payments and harrassed by younger sisters/brothers all day at the house threating to pickup the computer, the kids are 8, 10 and 15years old. Immediately returning I personally got my parents to return their TV, end the relationship, and got them go Aarons which told us they are get a lot of Flexi Compras customers because they are notoriously terrible with their customers. If you are thinking of doing business with this company, DO NOT!!

Flexi Compras -The Worst Service and Financial Company Ever

At First, I thought that the company was excellent! I told my friends and family about the company and how great there service and payment plans are. Good thing nobody bought any thing from Flexi Compras store. I have recently bought a TV from Flexi Compras. I was never late on a payment exept for a once that was only 2 days past. I was out of town and could not come in to pay it, but payed it as soon as I returned to ROund Rock. How was I to know when the payment was do. THey do not even send a Bill. They expect you to know and remember when the next payment is do. Well last month I made a payment for a two week period that put my account to $750 paid for a original $1300 TV. LAst month they stated that the remaining fee was $800 left to be paid on the TV. Well a month went buy and they once again called. So I stopped to make my payment, and said I plan on paying off my TV with in the next Two weeks, so how much will it cost? They replied $1,900, BOY WAS I RED. I got upset and said that I asked Last month what was owed, and it was $800. They replied that there was a interest in the contract that was signed on the back of the contract. A HIDDEN INTEREST. I was hott, red, and ready to burst. I told them that I could go get another TV and another one for that price. So, I told them to COME GET THEIR TV. They did, and I Went to CONN'S to get me. A better and bigger TV, with a billing System and a no interest . All for the SAme price. My voice is Heard Please do not purchase from Flexi Coprass.

We got a tv from Flexicompras in S.A. on WW White Rd. this store is across town from where we live... we had to go to the store every week to make our payments, which is very inconvienent. We asking the store manager Miros, if there was another way to make payments. She said no. So, every week we went in and had to argue with the store manager about an hd kit we were being charged for and didn't have..she relunctantly removed the extra charge every week and gave such an attititude as if we were lying about having it. Finally, contacted the regional office to ask if our file could be transferred to another store location that was closer and more convienent for us to make our payments. The man we contacted said he wouldn't be able to help us but gave us a number to another office..which would be able to arrange a different payment method for us. We tried calling several times and noone ever answered. In the meantime the store on WW White would call 8 times in a row then the store manager tried calling from her personal cell phone. We filed a complaint on Flexi Compras website. And were never contacted by email or phone to see if our issue had been resolved. Two weeks later the store attempted to pick up the tv at our apt. complex, they asked our apt. manager for our apt. # to pick up the tv which they said we hadn't paid in 6 months, when it had only been 2 weeks!! After our apt. manager refused to give out private info. the two guys they sent to get the tv got very loud and aggressive in front of other residents and scared them to the point our apt. manager had to call the police. The guys were escorted out of our apt. complex and our manager told the police Flexi Compras was no longer allowed in our complex. They try to lie and scare their customers, they call repeatly and and make threats, while noone in the corporate offices do a thing to try and resolve the customers issues first. This company should be reported to the Better Buisness Bureau IMMEDIATELY.
