A Good sandwich. I was a little slow to join the Potbelly hype. I ave some friends that loved it fromt he beginning and it has now grown to be one of my "go to" places but the other day I ordered a chocolate malt there with lunch and that put it over the top. Very good and I definitely recommend it.

The owners of a Chicago antique shop decided to start serving sandwiches to their customers in 1977--and it ended up taking over the business. As the restaurant expanded, natural woods and antique fixtures were used to re-create the signature, old-time country store look at every location. The warm, fresh-roll sandwiches share this classic character--from roast beef and provolone to the Wreck (salami, roast beef, turkey, ham and Swiss). Malts, shakes, root beer floats and homemade ice cream sandwiches complete the throwback.

Potbelly Sandwich Works Dallas, TX. Absolutely the best sandwich I have had in an incredibly long time. If any one is tired of the "OTHER" sandwich places, you have got to TRY this place. My mouth is still watering for one of their sandwiches. Oh, and their fresh cookies, wow! They serve all kinds of sandwiches but I had never tried an italian sandwich before, I'm glad this was the first place I ever tried one cuz it was pure heaven!!!
