Gross. We went on a weekend for lunch, bad move. Food servers also bus the tables (do they wash their hands between bussing & serving?) I saw no evidence of it. Most tables were a mess as it is impossible for any server to keep up with the huge turnover of customers (a mismanagement issue) The food was unappetizing to the eye and didn't look fresh. I chose fried chicken hoping the hot grease neutralized any germs.The men's bathroom would scare the most jaded truck driver and on that day could be smelled in the dining room. I got a look at the kitchen through the door and it honestly didn't look much better. Seeing a kid remove a buger from his nose and stick it up the ice cream dispenser was the last screaming straw. My personal opinion is that buffets in general are nasty (think of all the hands touching those tongs before you) and this reinforced my decision to avoid them altogether.
